Their control mechanism, starting from the procurement processes, operates flawlessly throughout all stages until the final product reaches the customer. Products undergo initial quality checks with the procurement of raw materials and consumables, and once they receive approval from our precise measurement devices, they are given the green light for mass production. Subsequent steps involve process checks, and products are shipped to customers upon approval from the quality unit. In addition to our quality team, production operators also ensure continuous checks to prevent non-conformities in real-time. An extensive recording mechanism has been established for traceability and sustainability.
With our 1.5-micron precision CMM device, we meet customer demands by conducting measurements that conventional devices cannot. Our quality control unit is equipped with a CMM device, shadow projection device, hardness measurement device, surface roughness device, emission control equipment, paint thickness measurement device, and manual measuring instruments to support these processes.
